Personal Journaling Exercise

A Meditation with COLORS to restore relaxation, aid in  healing mind, body, and spirit and encourage creativity

First painting exercise with time to share and discuss

wrap up and clean up

 1 hour -One on One session $75

1 hour - Session with you and a friend - $65 per person

1 hour -Group of 3 or more $55 per person

($30 for each additional 30 minutes)

BE SURE TO WEAR  PAINT CLOTHES

Paints, Paint Brushes, and Canvas included in class cost. Please feel free to bring any other supplies you may want to use.
